We were so impressed with Bellwether as they stood behind their work! Seth’s knowledge base on James Harding and siding install was evident after interviewing many companies. We did get off to a rocky start with a poor construction crew however Cole and Dylan listened to our concerns. They got in an amazing crew with Angel as the crew lead and the work was impeccable!!! We had a great experience. We had our siding replaced. They had a huge crew and it was completed in 3 days! My wife and I were shocked how fast they went, they were working hard to get it done before a cold front came in.

The crew was great, cleaned up, and got the dumpster out quickly.

Having your siding replaced is very loud, so I would recommend planning to be out of the house for the first 2 days (or get some good ear plugs!)

Great experience, good pricing, great project manager and crews.

My project was very unique. I only needed to replace my gables and side a shed to match. I had 5 different quotes and Bellwether was the only reasonable one that was eager to do the job. I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. It was such a small 4-day project and they worked outside of their comfort zone on my unique shed situation (4 doors and swing-in window). The owners of Bellwether reached out to me about this project and came on-site to review. They agreed that there were multiple areas that needed to be addressed and worked with a new project lead to get those noted and planned. A different crew came out and re-did these areas to a much higher quality at no cost to me.

Overall I am happy with how they addressed this situation and have updated my review to 4 stars.

** Initial Review **
We used Bellwether for a project that included full siding replacement, multiple windows, and a front door. Our experience didn’t live up to what I expected from the company unfortunately.

Initial sales consultation was great, pricing was fair, but the actually install left a lot to be desired. Fit & finish was spotty at best. Multiple quality issues during the install which required me to be overly involved during the process. Several areas had to be re-done entirely due to roughness of install, paint quality issues, etc.

Bellwether seemed more interested in getting the project done than getting the project done right. I’d rate my experience as frustrating, and would not use them again.

Customer Service is Unbelievable. Let’s just say my job had challenges and Paul, Cole, and Karen didn’t give up until it was all done to my satisfaction. I just noticed, somehow one side of one window didn’t get caulked, I shared a picture with Cole (over a year after the initial completion) and he came out immediately and addressed the problem!

Over the top customer service is something most companies have forgot, but bellwether knows how to treat its customers!

I will plan to use bellwether again in the future, without any hesitation!

Bellwether did a great job of replacing the siding on our home with pre-primed Hardie board in Castle Pines. The siding looks perfect and the detailing was done with precision. We couldn’t have been happier with the responsiveness of the company to any questions or concerns we might have and the crew worked well to complete the project in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to work with the administrative staff, too. There was always a friendly and helpful voice on the other side of the line rather than a voice messaging or menu to scroll through . We highly recommend this family owned company to anyone looking for a siding replacement.

Bellwether did an excellent job replacing the siding on our home with the James Hardie siding, from the beginning of the project to finish everyone was great.
Cash the salesperson was very polite and explained the how the process works,Lee came out prior to installation to let us know exactly what would be done during installation. Cole the project manager kept everything running smooth and kept me updated on the progress of the project. Angel the insallation crew leader was vey polite and made sure the job was done efficiently, the whole installation crew was very polite and kept things very neat.
All around Great customer service. I would highly recommend Bellwether.

After going through the process of vetting several companies and receiving quotes for windows and siding, we decided to move forward with Bellwether. As you may have already figured out (if you’re reading this you’re likely shopping for a company), this process is not always the most pleasant as the companies vary greatly with the products they prefer, the prices can be drastically different even for the same products, and the overall feel of the representative that you’re working with.

To begin with, getting an appointment with Bellwether was a breeze and speaking with them from the get go felt very professional and reassuring. I met with David from their sales team, and he got right to working with me to give me several iterations of what I wanted done, mostly based on different window choices. My one big ask of all the companies was to install new construction windows, rather than replacement type, since the siding would be coming off anyway. Much to my surprise Bellwether was one of maybe two companies that did not have an issue with this! Pricing was very competitive, and I really appreciated that they broke down all the costs in the quote, line by line. Whereas all the other companies gave you one number, not showing what cost what, Bellwether showed you all the minute details! Loved this, and made adjusting the work easier to meet budgets. Thanks, Dave.

Moving onto the work itself, I give much praise to Cole, Lee, Luis and his crew. Luis and his team did an amazing job with demolition, and installing the new construction windows, siding, and all the soffits and fascia boards. Their eye for details is the best; the caulking by the lady is some of the best I’ve ever seen and was highly admired by the neighbors! They showed up on time every morning and worked hard all day. The house wrap, siding, trim, etc. look amazing and the house already feels more efficient inside. The Pella windows are a huge change from the original 40yr windows and Bellwether was one of two that agreed to install them.

There were a couple of small hiccups that weren’t the fault of Bellwether; the Pella rep mis-measured one of the windows so we had to wait on the replacement. However, they installed the too small window temporarily so that we had a window, and came back to finish the job once the window came in. Also had a mishap with the gutters but Tanisha was wonderful about it and fixed it right away.

Overall I am extremely pleased with how everything came out. It was a big job, but Bellwether came through and did a wonderful job with it. I am highly recommending them to my neighbors who are looking to have similar work done in the near future, and will surely use them again should the need arise

Great experience with Bellweather Windows and Siding. From start to finish everyone I worked with was super! I had James Hardie siding and 4 Pella replacement windows installed. Seth, the salesperson was friendly, informative and clearly explained the process. Cole, the project manager kept the operation running smoothly and kept me in the loop with the progress of the job. Julio, the head of the installation crew was incredibly diligent in making sure they all got the job done efficiently each day. Everyone was quick to respond with any questions I had throughout the installation. Highly recommend this company! Thrilled with the final outcome.

Though the job started a bit bumpy with the foreman being changed out right before the job, Luis and especially Carlos took the reins and did an amazing transformation on our house. Beginning with David who designed a very complex siding facade, then it was well translated off the paper into reality. I’ve been thrilled with the service I’ve received from Bellwether. They did a beautiful job on my siding a couple years ago, and I’ve just now worked with them to replace my windows. Everyone involved with the company has been great to work with – polite, professional and thorough. One of the things that stood out to me is that I never had to remind anyone what color trim I had when I scheduled my window replacement, they knew what I had had done previously and ordered accordingly. They’re very well organized and are good at staying in contact about the current state of projects.

Had a fantastic experience with the whole team at Bellwether to reside our 1970s home. They were not the only quote we received, not the lowest bid either, and wow are we glad we went with them. From the first consult with Seth to working directly with the owners, our family is satisfied with the final look and follow up.

Bellwether exceeded my expectations! From my first contact with salesman Steve Dennis and then Project Manager Paul Dickens, both listened and answered my questions and assured me the project would be done to my expectations. Well the day of the job 15 men showed up, headed by lead man Angel. His crew was so well orchestrated, they stripped the whole house of all cedar siding, wrapped and started siding the first day. The attention to detail was amazing and the house was fully sided with Hardie Board in 2 1/2 days. What a great job! I’m still walking around in amazement.

When I purchased my home in 2021, it was dressed in the original cedar siding — and it was forty years old. When animals started chewing through my walls I knew it was time to replace it. As a single woman and first time homeowner, the estimates I was given were often marked up significantly and I felt confused and nervous about the entire process. I had spoken with Steve the year prior when I was under contract, and his warm and honest demeanor was immediately disarming. When I hit him up a year later, he not only was willing to stop by and look at things again, but spent a lot of time explaning every detail to me in a way that didn’t feel patronizing at all.

Steve worked to give me the best possible price on my renovation, and he helped me decide on the financing that was most honoring for me. From the moment the project began, Paul was kind, responsive, and beyond helpful when any issues came up. Their team was fast, efficient, and respectful–and they did an amazing job. It has been fourteen months since my home got a facelift, and in that time we’ve had three major hailstorms and countless snowstorms and this siding doesn’t even have so much as a chip on it. We installed a new Sierra Pacific door and 3 Pelle windows in our Lennar house in the northend area. The process took around 3 months and we’re super pleased with the quality and care towards making our vision into a beautiful reality. The design process was super smooth and gave us a lot of ideas to work with while considering the structural integrity and resell value. The actual work days where the house was in a mess was less than 6 days, but scheduling and holidays was a factor in making sure everything was fully addressed. We’re 100% working with Josh and Tanisha (and their great contractors) again on future projects. I think their team enjoys unique projects like cutting wider openings for walls and solving harder problems than just replacing siding and installing windows. Extremely skilled professionals.

Had all of our siding replaced by Bellwether with James Hardie siding. They finished off the job by sealing and painting all eaves and trim work not replaced. Final product looks great. They had a few items to come back and complete and did so quickly and to our satisfaction. Great pricing, great communication. Would have given 5 starts but the installation crew did not do a good job of cleaning up everyday after they finished work. There was a dumpster literally in the driveway but our yard surrounding the house was littered with food and drink containers. That stated, Happy customers and would recommend.

We live in Steamboat. We tried and tried to find a local contractor to re-insulate, instal new windows, and re-side our 120 year old mountain home.
