I had talked to several former customers before deciding to hire Colorado Siding Repair, so I was confident they would do a good job. But they exceeded even my most optimistic hopes. From start to finish, in all aspects, this project was executed professionally. Tom was a very helpful and patient salesman. He never pressured us or used "hard" sales tactics. He answered our questions honestly and worked with us to keep the project within our budget. He positively influenced our color and style choices and told us exactly what to expect. Once the project commenced, everything ran like clockwork. The logistics were daunting, but there were no delays due to missing materials or equipment. I was awed by how well the job was planned. We had an amazing crew. I just can't say enough about this team. Marco, Isaias, Suany, Nury, and Sebastian . . . they were all fantastic. They were careful, meticulous, hard-working, thorough, conscientious, supportive of each other -- you couldn't ask for a better team. Even as temperatures exceeded 100 degrees, they put in long days and were ready to do it again early the following morning. There were no surprises or challenges they couldn't handle. No matter what, they would just get it done. Rigo took care of the final punch list items and he too was excellent - every last detail perfect. The final invoice was for the exact amount we had agreed to at the beginning, even though I know there were some surprises and unexpected material costs. At project completion I feel that Colorado Siding Repair delivered MORE than they promised. Before we started this project, I was worried about the cost. In the end, I'm really glad we did it and feel it was money well-spent. We love how our home looks now. It's a vast improvement; all of our neighbors say so too. It is also a great relief to have siding that won't burn, and to know that I'll never have to paint the house again. I would unreservedly recommend Colorado Siding Repair to anyone. I only wish that I could hire them to remodel our bathrooms.
