The owners of Bellwether, Josh & Tanisha love their jobs and it's obvious on the first introduction. Cole, the project manager I worked with the most is a great guy and his crews love him. Dave & Nick were both very fun to work with as well. I would suggest their services to anyone who asked me about exterior renovations and advice on protecting a home from harsh climates.

We selected Bellwether to help transform the exterior of our home, and they delivered! From the start, their bid was competitive and we could tell their team had the experience and vision to bring our renderings to life. Our project was fairly complex, requiring several phases, and Bellwether worked with our timeline and the various trades needed to get it done. They installed new Hardie siding (Iron Gray), Woodtone accents (Warm Espresso), flat EPDM roof, parapet caps, gutters, and several windows. Angel, his crew, and the PMs were efficient, courteous, detailed, and patient with our many nit-picky requests 🙂 We ran into a couple unexpected issues along the way due to our house having a flat roof, and Bellwether always reacted quickly to make things right. We've recommended their team to several friends and plan to work with them again!

Bellwether and their team of siding crew (Chuy’s team), project manager Dylan and office account’s person(Karen Fowler) were all great to work with on my Hardie plank siding replacement project. Everyone at Bellwether is invested in making sure the homeowner is satisfied with the end product.

Water/moisture damage was found underneath the old siding which caused an additional 2 days of work tearing off and replacing with new OSB board. A large picture window was found to have a broken seal necessitating a new window order. Through this unanticipated process, Chuy and Dennis helped with navigating the changes and time frames. Each day Chuy’s crew cleaned up the yard and driveway. They were consistently pleasant and courteous. I am very pleased with how the new siding looks and am anticipating that it will last a long time.

When we decided to replace all of our home's windows, we talked to a number of window contractors at the annual home and garden show. We really liked the folks at Bellwether and decided they were who we wanted to do business with. They did not disappoint. From the sales and bidding process through the installation, Bellwether was nothing short of excellent in their performance. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years while my wife and I remodeled our large 1997 fixer-upper. Window replacement was the last thing we did and I feel like I really hit the jackpot with these folks. I will be recommending them to friends.

The Bellwether team provided excellent services throughout the process of developing and carrying out our fire-resistant (James Hardie) siding project. Teri on the sales side was very responsive and happily answered all of our questions. Dennis and the installation team communicated the requirement of our project well and did an impeccable job with the installation. We didn't even find anything to put on a punch list after they were done. Karen was patient and flexible -- a pleasure to work with on the payments. It was great to work with this team in making our mountain home a safer place to live.

Just had Bellwether install James Hardi siding on my son’s house. They did an excellent job . The communication was very good. Everyone we dealt with was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. The crew that came out to do the work did an excellent job and cleaned up the work site very well. We have hired many contractors over the years and this was one of the best that we have worked with. Do not hesitate to have them for your project..

This was a huge project and I am so thankful we hired Bellwether! From the very beginning, my first phone call with Amy to schedule someone to come out to give us an estimate, which in itself was amazing because the house was all brick and no other company even wanted to come out and give us an estimate for siding until the brick was completely removed. I spoke with Amy and she said, no problem, we can come out right away...yea!! Then we met with Seth and he gave us an amazing estimate for the entire brick removal and the new siding....but wait, believe me with this big of a job there were many hurdles. Seth worked hand-in-hand with the company we hired to put up the deck, which was a huge help. We had to schedule this in two phases. Phase 1, brick removal, which then added to putting in all new insulation because the house was built in '68 and had blown-in insulation so thank goodness Bellwether took care of putting in all new insulation around the exterior of the entire house. Then, on to Phase 2, which I had to keep rescheduling with Katie at Bellwether because there were delays on a number of levels (none had to do with Bellwether) but Katie kept in contact with me and she kept moving the siding installation out until we were truly ready, we wanted to make sure we did this right so there were electrical delays and weather delays, you name it, but we kept in close communication with Bellwether, they were so patient with us, and finally 5 months after brick removal we were ready for siding. We had met with Dylan who was going to coordinate the application of the siding and Dylan was also amazing to work with, just like everyone else at Bellwether! I honestly can't say enough good things about these wonderful people and the company itself. You can see from the pictures what a big project it was and Bellwether stayed in contact with our deck contractor and us, and we all worked together to get it done. We are thrilled with the way it turned out!! If you need siding or windows call Bellwether first, don't even waste your time calling any other company. Bellwether Windows, Siding & Doors, is the BEST!!! We can't say enough good things about them. They took care of every concern or question we had and worked with us for 5 long months getting this project completed. Bellwether did a fantastic job of replacing the side shingles that were original on our 130-year-old home. There were many extra steps to go through because it is on the historic registry, and they had to get as close as possible to like replace like with like and had to create renderings of what the new tiles would look like. Laura was the original project manager and she was knowledgeable and patient. Cole managed the crew and they were all respectful and left absolutely no mess. Katie was responsive with our questions and it was a delight to meet Amy, who came today to see the finished project. She was delightful and was most receptive to any input on improving their service. I highly recommend this company, especially if you have a historic home.

My experience with Bellwether was excellent. The staff was very professional and responsive to our requests. We worked with Dave Neuhausel, Cole Gulden, Angel (siding crew chief) and Amy Rust on this project. The project included replacement siding, soffits and fascia, and installation of new rain gutters. From start to finish this company has its act together. We hired Bellwether after interviewing 3 other companies to replace vinyl siding which had been hail damaged. We are so glad that we picked Bellwether and James Hardie siding. Seth, came out to give an estimate and he brought all the color samples and gave a great presentation of the company, the product, and the process. He is meticulous, dedicated, informative, and not pushy at all. One of the other companies did not bring samples and another gave us an estimate that included work that we didn’t ask for, and another left out a lot of information that we had discussed. Seth was just right on and help guide us with color choice and materials. His estimate was meticulous and accurate to what we had talked about with him.
Dylan was the project manager and did a great job informing us of what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and to be a constant contact with company and its crew. We had a message number that we could contact him if something was happening at our home that we were concerned about. It was a convenient way to be heard right away.
Angel was the lead for the construction crew that came out to replace our siding and he was just fantastic! Don’t let how young he looks fool you because he is experienced, knowledgeable, sincere, kind & nice, and a hard worker along with all of his crew. They did a fantastic job and we are so happy with our house. It almost feels like we have a new home and we feel confident it can withstand some of the extreme weather we get here in Colorado.
We were having my husband’s 70th birthday party at our house in 3 weeks and they were able to work us in and get our whole house done within 3 days with a big crew. That was so helpful and relieved a lot of stress for us so that we could get everything back together before the party. Thank you so much for that part!

Bellwether did a James Hardie siding installation. From helping figure out design to communicating on pre-job walk through to getting the job done they did excellent. Their crews have a great eye and attention for detail. You can tell they install the siding to manufacturer specification and take pride in their work. Finally I found the project manager to really care about customer satisfaction - they made sure to take care of final little details to make sure the job was fully complete and done right. We had our siding, soffits, fascia, and windows replaced by Bellwether and we could not be happier with the work or the customer service. The pricing was very comparable to other estimates we received, they outlined the process and even came out ahead of schedule. We were due to get a snowstorm when scheduled, and rather than cancel, they sent out two crews, over 15 people, to get the job done in a couple of days. I also very much appreciated the help with the design. Our house doesn't have much visual interest, and Bellwether made some suggestions that were awesome to take the look up a few notches (incorporating some cedar looking siding in with a darker tone). It turned out BEAUTIFULLY and we get compliments all the time. Neighbors liked the look so much that they had Bellwether come out to do their siding and windows a couple of months later. I can't recommend them enough!

We installed a new Sierra Pacific door and 3 Pelle windows in our Lennar house in the northend area. The process took around 3 months and we're super pleased with the quality and care towards making our vision into a beautiful reality. The design process was super smooth and gave us a lot of ideas to work with while considering the structural integrity and resell value. The actual work days where the house was in a mess was less than 6 days, but scheduling and holidays was a factor in making sure everything was fully addressed. We're 100% working with Josh and Tanisha (and their great contractors) again on future projects. I think their team enjoys unique projects like cutting wider openings for walls and solving harder problems than just replacing siding and installing windows. Extremely skilled professionals.

Bellwether replaced the siding on my house. It was a complicated project but they did an excellent job. They were very responsive from beginning to end, with no drama and no surprises. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience. We had our siding replaced. They had a huge crew and it was completed in 3 days! My wife and I were shocked how fast they went, they were working hard to get it done before a cold front came in.

The crew was great, cleaned up, and got the dumpster out quickly.

Having your siding replaced is very loud, so I would recommend planning to be out of the house for the first 2 days (or get some good ear plugs!)

My project was very unique. I only needed to replace my gables and side a shed to match. I had 5 different quotes and Bellwether was the only reasonable one that was eager to do the job. I couldn't be happier with how it came out. It was such a small 4-day project and they worked outside of their comfort zone on my unique shed situation (4 doors and swing-in window).
