Overall, Bellwether is priced in the middle of the pack, and they are incredibly fast. Workmanship seems good at the outset, beyond some poorly fired airnails sticking out. My siding was removed and replaced and painted in four days. However, project communication was poor and disorganized. There were some minor misses on the project that were disappointing. Since I find communication to be one of the primary things I look for in a contractor, I probably wouldn’t call them again. But if you want it done fast and well, they would be a good fit for you.

Bellwether replaced our 100 year old shingle siding with James Hardy, paying great attention to the detail of our home. From our sales person, Tom, to our installer, Alejandro, the communication and professionalism was top notch. Install went well even with weather delays. Painting was the final phase of the project and communication broke down a bit as Bellwether contracts out for their paint jobs. However, when mistakes were made, Bellwether was quick to address and fix them.If you have a siding job and want it done to the highest level, hire this company!

Colorado Siding Repair replaced our old siding with JamesHardie sidings/trim. Great experience working with them. Excellent job overall. We are very pleased that we chose them over three or four other bids. The results were excellent and would not hesitate to use them for any other services they provide. They also took care of some minor issues we brought up once we were there. I would highly recommend if you want new siding.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our partnership with Cash, Paul, and the entire Bellwether/Colorado Siding Repair team. When we began the vendor evaluation process for the complete residing of our 1950’s MCM home, we had a very particular idea of what we were hoping to achieve as an outcome.After sitting on the receiving end of multi-hour, in home sales presentations, including hard line negotiating and closing tactics from from 4-5 other vendors, we had all but given up on finding a contractor to partner with.Cash arrived at our first consultation and, (gasp) asked questions and listened to what we had in mind, evaluated our budget, and presented creative solutions from their supplier library that would get us as close to our ideal while respecting our overall budget. It was a breath of fresh air and welcome respite from the other vendors we had been in discussions with and it was clear that this was the team for us.From the contracting window to the install date, the team is prompt, professional, and communicates clearly throughout the process and we felt well informed of what to expect and what they were expecting of us.Upon the handoff from Cash on the sales side to Paul on the installation side, we couldn’t have been more pleased. With respect to our borderline obsessive compulsion with what we wanted, Paul was quick to acknowledge fault, take ownership, and have his detail team quickly address the areas of concern.Finally, post install the team has made us feel well respected and valued. We had two minor workmanship requests that popped up 8 months after install and the team dispatched another repair crew, without question to address the concern.Again, I can’t say enough positive things about working with this team and would whole-heartedly recommend them to any friend, family member, or even stranger evaluating a residing of their home.

Colorado Siding Repair, now Bellwether replaced our old siding with Hardie Plank and also added a couple of new windows we wanted, where many others were not able to. Excellent job overall. Was all done virtually as well before our moving in showing us detailed pictures of the work they did and they also took care of some minor issues we brought up once we were there.

Overall, this was incredible and painless project. Keith worked with us to get our vision for the new siding and windows and walked us through the plan and process. Vicente was an excellent project manager, and we were so happy with the crew. Siding installation was quick, and I really appreciated how the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. Alex and his team were fantastic with the paint; Oscar’s gutter installation was stunningly quick; Rigoberto’s work finishing the punch list items brought it all together. Kari was so responsive with questions and finalizing our project on the back end. When you end such a big upgrade and can’t think of anything you would have done differently, it’s such a relief. From start to finish, working with CSR (Bellwether) was wonderful.

Colorado siding repair (now Bellwether) is certainly interested in providing the best service and workmanship possible. Their siding crews are excellent, taking great care and pride in installation to the customer’s satisfaction. Communication is excellent . Paul, one of the owners, in particular, personally ensures that everything is done accurately and to your specifications. When you get a bid, they are not high pressure and give you a fair estimate,, unlike some of the other five-star rated companies we interviewed .We are very pleased that we chose them over three or four other bids. The results were excellent and would not hesitate to use them for any other services they provide.

I had talked to several former customers before deciding to hire Colorado Siding Repair, so I was confident they would do a good job. But they exceeded even my most optimistic hopes. From start to finish, in all aspects, this project was executed professionally. Tom was a very helpful and patient salesman. He never pressured us or used “hard” sales tactics. He answered our questions honestly and worked with us to keep the project within our budget. He positively influenced our color and style choices and told us exactly what to expect.Once the project commenced, everything ran like clockwork. The logistics were daunting, but there were no delays due to missing materials or equipment. I was awed by how well the job was planned.We had an amazing crew. I just can’t say enough about this team. Marco, Isaias, Suany, Nury, and Sebastian . . . they were all fantastic. They were careful, meticulous, hard-working, thorough, conscientious, supportive of each other — you couldn’t ask for a better team. Even as temperatures exceeded 100 degrees, they put in long days and were ready to do it again early the following morning. There were no surprises or challenges they couldn’t handle. No matter what, they would just get it done.Rigo took care of the final punch list items and he too was excellent – every last detail perfect.The final invoice was for the exact amount we had agreed to at the beginning, even though I know there were some surprises and unexpected material costs. At project completion I feel that Colorado Siding Repair delivered MORE than they promised. Before we started this project, I was worried about the cost. In the end, I’m really glad we did it and feel it was money well-spent.We love how our home looks now. It’s a vast improvement; all of our neighbors say so too. It is also a great relief to have siding that won’t burn, and to know that I’ll never have to paint the house again.I would unreservedly recommend Colorado Siding Repair to anyone. I only wish that I could hire them to remodel our bathrooms.

Colorado Siding Repair replaced the cedar soffit and fascia with Hardy board on our entire house. The whole process from proposal, planning, prep, execution and cleanup all went smoothly. Communication was spectacular with both verbal and written explanations of what to expect leading up to the work and then texts and emails during the installation. Folks were accessible at all times for questions during the project. All the employees we interacted with showed a positive attitude and seemed to be happy to be part of Colorado Siding Repair.

We used Colorado Siding and Repair for a very complicated exterior siding removal and replacement. Their staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions before, during and after the project. Their installers were on time every day, worked extremely hard throughout the project and did an excellent job. We had just moved into the house and this was a very stressful project for us. Colorado Siding was extremely helpful and competent in explaining the process and timelines and responding to our concerns. After the project was over they completed a walk through to answer our questions and found areas where minor touchups could be done. We were very happy with the finished work. We would definitely use them again for future needs.
