Colorado Siding Repair replaced our old siding with JamesHardie sidings/trim. Great experience working with them. Excellent job overall. We are very pleased that we chose them over three or four other bids. The results were excellent and would not hesitate to use them for any other services they provide. They also took care of some minor issues we brought up once we were there. I would highly recommend if you want new siding.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our partnership with Cash, Paul, and the entire Bellwether/Colorado Siding Repair team. When we began the vendor evaluation process for the complete residing of our 1950’s MCM home, we had a very particular idea of what we were hoping to achieve as an outcome.After sitting on the receiving end of multi-hour, in home sales presentations, including hard line negotiating and closing tactics from from 4-5 other vendors, we had all but given up on finding a contractor to partner with.Cash arrived at our first consultation and, (gasp) asked questions and listened to what we had in mind, evaluated our budget, and presented creative solutions from their supplier library that would get us as close to our ideal while respecting our overall budget. It was a breath of fresh air and welcome respite from the other vendors we had been in discussions with and it was clear that this was the team for us.From the contracting window to the install date, the team is prompt, professional, and communicates clearly throughout the process and we felt well informed of what to expect and what they were expecting of us.Upon the handoff from Cash on the sales side to Paul on the installation side, we couldn’t have been more pleased. With respect to our borderline obsessive compulsion with what we wanted, Paul was quick to acknowledge fault, take ownership, and have his detail team quickly address the areas of concern.Finally, post install the team has made us feel well respected and valued. We had two minor workmanship requests that popped up 8 months after install and the team dispatched another repair crew, without question to address the concern.Again, I can’t say enough positive things about working with this team and would whole-heartedly recommend them to any friend, family member, or even stranger evaluating a residing of their home.

Colorado Siding Repair, now Bellwether replaced our old siding with Hardie Plank and also added a couple of new windows we wanted, where many others were not able to. Excellent job overall. Was all done virtually as well before our moving in showing us detailed pictures of the work they did and they also took care of some minor issues we brought up once we were there.

Overall, this was incredible and painless project. Keith worked with us to get our vision for the new siding and windows and walked us through the plan and process. Vicente was an excellent project manager, and we were so happy with the crew. Siding installation was quick, and I really appreciated how the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. Alex and his team were fantastic with the paint; Oscar’s gutter installation was stunningly quick; Rigoberto’s work finishing the punch list items brought it all together. Kari was so responsive with questions and finalizing our project on the back end. When you end such a big upgrade and can’t think of anything you would have done differently, it’s such a relief. From start to finish, working with CSR (Bellwether) was wonderful.

I had talked to several former customers before deciding to hire Colorado Siding Repair, so I was confident they would do a good job. But they exceeded even my most optimistic hopes. From start to finish, in all aspects, this project was executed professionally. Tom was a very helpful and patient salesman. He never pressured us or used “hard” sales tactics. He answered our questions honestly and worked with us to keep the project within our budget. He positively influenced our color and style choices and told us exactly what to expect.Once the project commenced, everything ran like clockwork. The logistics were daunting, but there were no delays due to missing materials or equipment. I was awed by how well the job was planned.We had an amazing crew. I just can’t say enough about this team. Marco, Isaias, Suany, Nury, and Sebastian . . . they were all fantastic. They were careful, meticulous, hard-working, thorough, conscientious, supportive of each other — you couldn’t ask for a better team. Even as temperatures exceeded 100 degrees, they put in long days and were ready to do it again early the following morning. There were no surprises or challenges they couldn’t handle. No matter what, they would just get it done.Rigo took care of the final punch list items and he too was excellent – every last detail perfect.The final invoice was for the exact amount we had agreed to at the beginning, even though I know there were some surprises and unexpected material costs. Colorado Siding Repair replaced the cedar soffit and fascia with Hardy board on our entire house. The whole process from proposal, planning, prep, execution and cleanup all went smoothly. Communication was spectacular with both verbal and written explanations of what to expect leading up to the work and then texts and emails during the installation. We used Colorado Siding and Repair for a very complicated exterior siding removal and replacement. Their staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions before, during and after the project. Their installers were on time every day, worked extremely hard throughout the project and did an excellent job. We had just moved into the house and this was a very stressful project for us. Colorado Siding was extremely helpful and competent in explaining the process and timelines and responding to our concerns. After the project was over they completed a walk through to answer our questions and found areas where minor touchups could be done. We were very happy with the finished work. Hands down will be using this company again! Cash (the Co-Founder) came out to evaluate the north side of our home, and with some simple explanations, he saved me over $9,600 by doing it myself! (Most companies will charge you to replace the whole side instead of the couple of pieces that might be broken) Not every situation will be like this, but the time Cash spent walking me through the project was something I haven’t seen from a company in a long time! I called CO Siding more than a year ago to get ideas on how to tackle my siding and soffit project. My house had updated siding on the front, but had open soffits and old vinyl siding on 3 sides of the house that needed updating and soffits that needed to be enclosed. Cash, one of the owners, came out and really gave me a lot of options on what I could do and how they could work with me in phases, due to my very limited budget. I was very impressed given no other companies provided me options. I felt like the company really valued me, wanted to help and were willing to share options on how I might tackle the project. After I finally saved the money, I called Cash back and asked him to give me a revised quote. He came back out we discussed it, and he quickly provided a fair and updated bid to complete. After I signed, Karen was in touch to help me understand the payments/invoicing process and helped me through completion – loved working with her. Then comes Paul &Vincente, he came onsite, walked through the project and next steps with and made sure I understand when we would start and how they would work. The crew was outstanding, respectful of my property, yard and the fact that I have dogs. They did an amazing job on the house and the clean up. The company they hired to paint also did an amazing job. The house looks fantastic. I was very pleased with all parts of the project, the communicaiton, the clean-up and helping me solve one minor electric issues that came up. I can’t say enough good things about this company and its’ people. Thank you guys so much for a tremendous job! I am thrilled and love looking at the house, now that it is complete. We used Colorado Siding Repair to replace the siding on our home. We went with the James Hardie ColorPlus siding and had the entire house done. Siding, trim, fascia, soffits, etc. The house looks absolutely amazing now. It really modernized our almost 45-year old house. People continue to stop and comment on how good the house looks, and ask us who did the installation. The CSR crew did such great work. Honestly, they did much more than I ever expected them to do. And certainly the quality is beyond my expectations as well. The work is very precise and the fit and finish is perfect. CSR was very responsive, I called for an estimate on residing my home & to my surprise David showed up the next day to look at the job. Unlike a previous company I contacted for an estimate who said I needed to replace all the siding on my house for $50,000, David informed me I only needed to replace the siding that was damaged on the front and the other three sides could be painted. This was wonderful news & I hired CSR. It was very refreshing to have an honest person explain to me the problem, present a solution as well as teaching me how to maintain the siding so it last for many years. The workers were very professional, they did an amazing job & cleanup after the job was well done. Anytime I had a question for CSR someone was always available to speak with. The end result was fabulous new siding, affordable prices, great quality and great staff. I would 110% recommend CSR.

The best experience! I work in construction and am sad to say that most folks these days do not take any ownership, pride or responsibility. This was our experience when the contractor we had been working with on our major kitchen remodel decided he had not budgeted enough for the siding repair and didn’t have anyone lined up so he just wasn’t going to finish what we had contracted him to do. This left gaping holes in the side of our home and now was up to us to figure it out. We met with everyone who would meet with us in a mad dash to get our home protected and finished before winter weather. After being told the job was too small or couldn’t be done or was going to cost an obscene amount we found Colorado Siding Repair. Cash was wonderful to work with had great ideas for making our repair look purpousful, since we had a very limited budget, and was willing to help get us to the finish line with our remodel. Rigo our installer was professional, kind and a true artist at his craft. We had 30 year old siding that he meticulously removed and saved to lace in on the long side of the house and you can’t even tell. I have used CSR on three separate properties over the last year and have had great results! Their quality of work, communication, and follow-up by Cash and Paul and other CSR employees exceeded my expectations. Cash and Paul always made sure that the work was done properly and followed up with Covid based supply chain difficulties. I would definitely recommend them for any of the work that is listed below, and will use them again on other properties.Property one had a full exterior siding replacement with James Hardie prefinished siding, new exterior doors and hardware, new gutters, new windows, new interior window/door trim and paint. Property two had new windows, exterior doors and hardware, siding repair/replacement with James Hardie siding, exterior paint, and interior window/door trim and paint. To update our 75 year old house, we wanted new siding accent walls, a new window, and paint. We have worked with many contractors for renovation and landscaping, so we know how quickly things can go wrong. We were therefore *very impressed* with Colorado Siding Repair, from the initial bid process, through the design, delivery, and final result. They are very professional, personable, and skilled. The crew who did the work showed up on time, paid attention to details, did great work, and were happy to address any issues. The owners and office staff were also a pleasure to work with. When various dates needed to change due to weather or materials, they kept us informed. They do not collect full payment until the project is finished and a final walkthrough is done, with any concerns taken care of. This is a welcome best practice and shows they truly care about customer satisfaction. I would certainly hire them again for a future project. Beyond all of that, our house’s exterior has been transformed from outdated blah and boring to modern urban chic! Hire this company!I needed new siding, shutters, windows and paint. I scoured the Internet and got several quotes before going with Colorado Siding Repair, and I am glad I went with CSR. The whole team was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I kept waiting for that inevitable letdown that I have experienced with so many contractors, but it never came. They have a high level of skill and competence and do great work using quality materials.In the beginning, I felt overwhelmed taking on such a huge project on my own, but Cash was great to work with! He walked me through the whole process and gave me different options so that I could stay within my budget. I never felt pressured; Cash was patient and helped me to make informed choices. After several siding quotes, I chose to work with Colorado Siding repair for full exterior James Harding replacement. I know not to go with the cheapest quote out there and play games with me later. CSR Josh, Cash, Keith were helpful, honest, reasonable and had great crew and after sales service. We are happy with their siding job. There are some punch list items to fix after the job but I will highly recommend this to my friends. This is not a paid review like what other shady companies try to do. I hope their work ethic continues for other projects as well.

What started as a daunting and what I thought was an urgent situation ended beautifully with the help of Cash, Paul, Miaque and the entire crew at CSR! My old vinyl siding was literally falling off my house. I received quotes from three different companies and chose to go with Cash and CSR—even though they weren’t the least expensive option—because Cash took the time to talk through everything with me and made sure I understood my options and how I ended up in the predicament I was in (do not paint vinyl siding!! Thanks, previous owner.) He also assured me that it wasn’t urgent to have it replaced immediately, which took a lot of pressure off, and allowed me to really think about what I wanted. We went back and forth several times until I loved the design he came up with for my house. I replaced the old vinyl with Hardie and have no regrets!! My home looks beautiful and I no longer shudder when the big wind storms come through Denver. CSR gave me back my peace of mind, and that, to me, is priceless.

Colorado Siding Repair was great to work with on our siding project. I spoke to 5 different contractors, and Keith at CSR was the only representative who took the time to answer my questions in great detail. He also didn’t expect a commitment on the very first day. He was very knowledgeable about the product and honest about different options for repairing or replacing the siding. On top of that, CSR was very competitive on price. The whole process from signing the contract and scheduling went smoothly with Katelyn answering any questions quickly. The initial walkthrough with Paul was helpful to discuss how the project would go and he was available to answer questions during and after the project. I was very impressed with the installation crew, Mike and Luciano. They were very skillful and took great attention to detail while working on my house. An issue came up with the electrical panel, and Keith and Josh were able to get an electrician out the next day to help with siding work around it. The whole project went smoothly, and CSR was responsive to wrapping up punch-list items at the end of the project. Cash and his guys did an AMAZING job, and were patient and flexible with me as I had to schedule a mason to do some repairs in between when CSR installed new trim/fascia and siding and when they painted everything. Cash was able to walk me through several options, and worked with my budget to ensure maximum visual impact. I am super happy, and my 130+ year old house looks a ZILLION times better—like a new house.

We used Colorado Siding Repair (CSR) to 1) repair specific exterior trim/siding water damage from poor builder design; 2) replace all exterior trim to avoid future issues from poor builder design; 3) repaint exterior; 4) add custom shutters to exterior; and 5) add gutters for improved protection.I tried to contact several businesses to get quotes on this project, and most would not call me back, given the scope of work. But CSR was game and Cash was my first point of contact. Cash was informative, patient and offered creative and functional recommendations.CSR was timely with performance of the work. There were some instances where the execution of work deviated from the original expectations set on the front end of the project, BUT, I’m giving a confident 5 stars because CSR was persistent in making things right.It’s easy to give a biz 5 stars when there are no hiccups during a project. But realistically, remodels and hiccups are inseparable. Therefore, IMO, the key to finding a good contractor, is finding someone willing to be persistent in getting what you paid for when all is said and done. And CSR exceeded my expectations with regards to this quality. In fact, his paint crew came out several times until everything was perfect, as did his trim/siding crew.Subcontracting is part of the deal for anyone in this biz. I must say that CSR’s subcontractors were some of the nicest, most friendly subcontractors I’ve encountered. They didn’t dodge us or avoid us (like I’ve had done in the past). Rather, they were good to alert us when they arrived each day and before they left. Was very pleased with the crews.Thanks for the good work CSR. You made our 14 year old home feel like new again.

Emailed and called them for a repair estimate for wind-damage on siding. Seems like they don’t repair a few panels. However, instead of simply saying no or ignoring my email and call (like others have done), they took time to send me couple of local handyman referrals who do small jobs like that. Replaced siding on entire side of house! Excellent work done by Miguel and Marcelo and their female assistant. Just an amazing team. Project took three days and it was painted and all. The workmanship was incredible and they were so meticulous about every stage of the project. The product they used to replace the old Masonite siding that we had will last so long and is amazing! We had a really great experience with Colorado Siding Repair. From the very start, Cash was responsive, upfront and creative. We had to redo a portion of our siding due to cracking and Cash and the team came right out, gave us a few options, including the woodtone product that we ended up going with that no other company suggested. We took a leap of faith to go with the woodtone siding since it’s not on many houses. We trusted them that it would look great. The first few days after it was installed we weren’t so sure, but it grew on us every day and after a week we love it and think it really improves the look and quality of the exterior of our house.Timing and price were 2 other key differentiators compared to the other estimates we received. The cracking was causing water damage and they were able to quickly squeeze in our project. We didn’t want to have to do this project, but Cash and the team were able to turn a negative into a positive and we’re really happy with the end result.

Cash and team did an amazing job transforming our 1973 original cedar siding to a quality Hardie product that we love. The team had to deal with all types of unusual things that come with original wood siding. Siding that has warped over the years and allowed things to live behind the boards such as bees and even BATS! CSR team took great care to work with us on all of our issues that came up. The crew worked hard during 90 plus degree weather and still managed to clean up their debris each day. Our experience from beginning to end was the best we could hope for. I would give these guys 100 stars if I could! I am VERY, VERY picky about this kind of work being done on my house and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Cash was our sales rep and he never pressured me in any way. He presented all options to me equally and let me decide if I wanted to move forward and what level of siding to choose. One of our huge issues is that our 1970 house was roasting in the summer and freezing in the winter. He suggested that we put new insulation in as part of the project (although he made NO promises that it would help with heating/cooling of the house). We both HOPED it would and let me tell you, with these upper-90 degree days, we are completely, totally comfortable in our house now. WOW!I have never in my life seen a group of guys work so hard on a project. Emerson and the rest of the crew who worked on our house were here 12-14 hour days, always smiling, positive, friendly with us and each other, professional…..AND SUPER respectful of our property. I am a freak about my flowers and grass and during this entire project, the siding crew did not injure one blade of grass or one petal on one flower. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day as well.I added a few things along the way to the project, including wrapping the existing beams (would highly recommend doing this), and Cash, as well as the crew, were happy to do so and did this quickly and professionally.Our house honestly looks like a brand new house. I realize it costs a lot of money to reside a house and it’s a big investment. So of course you want to choose a reputable, honest company that does great work. Colorado Siding Repair is that company. This is the best money we’ve ever spent! One of my neighbors told me that he’ll never be able to sell his house now because ours looks so good – ha! I had several companies come out to provide an estimate to repair/replace the siding on the north side of my house. They were the only ones that offered an all in one solution.
